Photoshop has a vast range of filters. It could be fun to play around with them a little. Ultimately, I'd like to create a fog effect on the river. I wonder if I could do it with some filters. First, I should watch the videos on this page:

There are many filters and the videos don't explain them all. I should take a minute to play around and experiment a little. I want to see if I'd be able to create an interesting fog effect.
